Our Team

At Midlife MD Clinic, we believe compassionate, evidence-based care starts with the right team. Our clinicians and staff combine medical expertise, technology, and a whole-person philosophy to guide women through midlife with confidence and clarity. Each member brings unique strengths—from clinical experience and wellness training to systems design and patient support—to ensure that every visit feels personal, private, and empowering.

Our goal is simple: to make midlife care seamless, science-driven, and supportive. Meet the people who make that possible.

Deborah Manst, MD

Dr. Manst is a board certified preventative medicine trained physician who is also skilled in lifestyle and integrative medicine. She has worked in several areas of medicine including general surgery, public health, and cancer survivorship, so she has a unique perspective on health. She believes that the body works as a system, and that an imbalance of inside functions and/or external influences can lead to illness and disease. Also, she feels that it may require multiple different methods and providers to fully treat the root causes of problems at hand to maximize wellness. Along with her partner, Andy Friedl, EMBA, Dr. Manst founded Holistic Health Integrated Care to provide comprehensive services for patients who feel the traditional Western medical model is currenty limited.
