PMHNP
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and trauma-informed care across the lifespan. I value creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where individuals feel heard and supported in their mental health journey. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, and engaging in activities that promote personal growth and wellness. I believe in the importance of balance, self-care, and community connection, and I strive to model these values in both my professional and personal life. My goal is to partner with patients to support healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Over the past five years, I have worked in a variety of mental health and healthcare settings, providing care to diverse populations across the lifespan. My professional experience includes roles as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, and community-based settings. In my current role as a PMHNP, I conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders, including court-mandated and forensic-related cases. My prior nursing experience includes inpatient psychiatric care across acute, geriatric, and substance use units, as well as leadership and charge nurse responsibilities. I have also worked with underserved and high-risk populations, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system, those transitioning from incarceration, and patients with complex psychosocial stressors. Throughout my career, I have emphasized evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and trauma-informed care to support improved mental health outcomes.
