I’m a proud homebody who finds the greatest joy in time spent with my husband, my niece and nephew, and my three dogs—Ruby, my loyal lab; Thor, my playful American Bully; and Lainey, my sweet terrier mix. Outside of family life, I’m an active member of my local Nurse Honor Guard, where I have the privilege of honoring fellow nurses for their service and dedication. I’m deeply committed to lifelong learning and continually challenge myself through ongoing education, frequently seeking out conferences and seminars to stay current with advances in healthcare and evolving practice guidelines. This dedication allows me to care for patients in the most informed, compassionate, and holistic way possible. In my downtime, I enjoy binge-watching short series and daydreaming about escaping to a quiet beach somewhere warm.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, specialty, academic, and procedural care settings. I began my career as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity obstetrics, working in Labor & Delivery, OB triage, high-risk antepartum, postpartum, newborn nursery, and maternal transport. In these hospital-based roles, I served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and travel nurse, providing care to low- and high-risk obstetric patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns, including bereavement support following fetal or neonatal loss. After completing my advanced practice education, I transitioned into the Nurse Practitioner role in family primary care and walk-in clinic settings, where I managed medically complex and underserved patient populations across the lifespan—from pediatrics through geriatrics. My responsibilities included comprehensive evaluations, chronic disease management, acute care, preventive services, and in-office procedures, while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. I currently practice as a Nurse Practitioner in a specialty pain management setting, caring for patients with chronic and refractory pain conditions. In this role, I perform comprehensive assessments, manage intrathecal pain pumps, develop individualized treatment plans, adjust therapies based on patient response, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers to address both the physical and psychological aspects of chronic pain. In addition to my clinical practice, I have worked as an adjunct nursing professor, teaching and supervising ADN students in clinical and laboratory settings and bridging didactic instruction with real-world patient care. I have also practiced in aesthetic medicine, providing laser treatments in an outpatient setting while delivering autonomous, patient-centered care. Overall, my career reflects a diverse and progressive practice caring for pediatric, adult, geriatric, obstetric, surgical, and chronic pain populations across hospital, clinic, academic, and specialty environments, with a strong emphasis on leadership, education, and comprehensive patient care.
