I'm Megan Luke and I am a clinical social worker. I recently moved from San Antonio, TX to Chicago last year and am still figuring everything out in this amazing city. I have cats and when I am doing everything I want to be doing that includes, crafting miniatures, cross-stitching, doing yoga, checking out new restaurants, and traveling. In therapy, I love specializing in trauma‑informed care for women, trauma survivors, and LGBTQ+ individuals, including those navigating complex trauma. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that everyone has strengths to build upon. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, I offer a supportive space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer trauma‑informed, affirming, and client‑centered therapy grounded in compassion and collaboration. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach honors your lived experience while supporting growth, resilience, and meaningful change at your own pace.
