Hello! I am a family nurse practitioner and Illinois native. My bedside nursing background specialized in cardiovascular medicine. Today, I specialize in helping achieve their health goals in the most natural way possible! I have a background in urgent care, family medicine, weight loss, and aesthetics! I own a med spa in my hometown that I work at when I am not here! I am married with two small children. In my free time (what little I have) I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. I love to workout, golf, and travel!
I believe the best way to achieve wellness, is to collaborate with the patient. Meeting people where they are comfortable is the most important step. Once this is established, I work in evidence-based practice to create the best possible plan of care.
RN - cardiovascular ICU - Omaha, NE (Oct. 2019 - Jan. 2022) APRN - Think Whole Person Healthcare - Omaha, NE (Jan. 2022 - Jan. 2024): In this role I worked in the urgent care, providing acute care to patients of all ages. We offered labs, US, CT, infusions, medications, and xrays. In this role I was able to splint, cast, and suture patients. I worked alongside primary care providers in the building to provide wholesome care for every patient. APRN - Premise Health - Mt. Sterling, IL (Feb. 2024 - current): In this role, I see patients of all ages for both acute care and primary care. I have an offsite overseeing physician if necessary. I also complete DOT certifications and occupational health in this role. Within this setting I see a high volume of Spanish and French speaking patients, for which I use an interpreter. APRN - The Luxe Health and Wellness Spa - Quincy, IL (May 2024 - current): I work as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, providing aesthetic services such as botox, dermal fillers, laser services, etc.
