I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about supporting emotional wellness, empowering healing, and helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in compassionate, patient-centered care and enjoy working collaboratively to create treatment plans that fit each person’s unique goals and strengths. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and exploring new places. I enjoy music, nature walks, and learning about different cultures. I am also committed to lifelong learning and staying current with advances in mental health treatment. I want patients to know that therapy and medication are never “one size fits all.” My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel comfortable sharing their story.
